quick access to chelsea. there is shake shack serving quick meals 15 mins walk from the hotel. we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Thought the value was good for the product. Also, the room was well designed to maximize the space. Finally,housekeeping staff did a very good job.
Needs better lighting in spaces. Could have used a soap dish but the housekeeping staff was very crafty with this as well.

The hotel is located close to Chelsea and to the Flatiron district. Subway stations are near and Penn Station is only a 10 minute walk. Room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Rooms are small, mine had a strange view, and they could be noisy. No free wi-fi unless you are a ranking member of Hilton's reward program.

To my taste everything is very well elaborated in Hilton to satisfy your needs. This particular hotel is also nicely centrally located between Chelsea and Fashion district neighborhoods

A great hotel, with great service. I was here during Hurricane Sandy and they went out of their way to respect their guests' needs, privacy, and frankly, craziness during the terrible storm. They didn't flinch about helping me move tons of bags as I was stuck while attempting to relocate down south. Hotel is new, and the location is super convenient. I highly recommend it and the entire staff, from the valet, to bellhop, to front desk, and room cleaning, should be commended.

Very comfortable bed
Our booking did not include breakfast and we took it a la carte in the hotel restaurant. It was shockingly poor for the price and we regretted not going out to a diner.

Location is just a little remote. It is quite expensive though no more so than similar NY hotels

Big bed
we though we were suppose to have magnufivcant view. We did not, even though we paid for upper level room. And a couple were arguing in the hallways all night, keeping us awake. We could hear evereything that happened in the hallways.

I refuse to pay $15 for 24 hours of wifi. Cmon guys its 2013, wifi should be free. Especially if under "at a glance" on their website it says "wired and wireless internet access". Room service tea at $12 is ridiculous. &Quot;fashion themed" public area design is too trying to put it mildly, music too ftv.

Hotel charged $30 more for each night than it was in Booked.net rate before. It took time to fix it. Also they charged $50 for the bill from Rare restaurant... I never been there!!!

The bar was very nice and had great food. The decor was interesting (excellent thread piece behind the check-in desk). Great coffee pots in the rooms. Very comfortable beds. Easy walking to so many great places-- and 5 minutes from Penn station. I'd stay there again-- but it was a bit pricey.
